Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Coffee Roasters Near Me ("we", "us") operates this directory and lead-matching service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a wholesale match request, join our email list, claim a listing, or contact us, we collect the details you enter — such as business name, business type, city and state, estimated weekly volume, your name, email address, phone number (optional), ZIP code, and roast preference.
- Consent and technical records. For every submission we record the page you submitted from, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser user agent. We keep these records so we can demonstrate that consent was given.
- Listing data. Business listings are compiled from public records, business submissions, and third-party data sources.
- Usage data. If analytics is enabled, we collect standard usage information such as pages viewed and approximate location.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and match you with coffee suppliers that deliver in your area.
- To send the emails you asked for (roaster recommendations, updates), which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To verify and manage business listings, and to send occasional listing-related messages to business owners.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we share your information
If you submit a wholesale match request, we share your inquiry — including your business details and contact information — with up to three coffee suppliers who can serve your area, so they can contact you with a quote. This sharing is the purpose of the form, and you consent to it when you tick the consent box. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, and we do not share your phone number with multiple buyers for marketing purposes.
We may share information with service providers who help us run the site (for example, hosting and email delivery), and where required by law.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Because sharing a wholesale inquiry with suppliers may be treated as "sharing" under California law, you can submit an opt-out request on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Email and CAN-SPAM
Commercial emails we send include our identity and a working unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time using the link in any email.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and consent records for at least five years, as recommended for lead-generation compliance, and longer where required by law.
Children
This service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
